Welcome to the Plant Organ Growth Symposium 2017 (POGS2017) website

The symposium will cover the latest advances in the biology, modeling and automated phenotyping of shoot, leaf, root and reproductive development. The workshop is organized by the Instituto de Bioingeniería (Universidad Miguel Hernández, Elche, Spain) and the VIB Department of Plant Systems Biology (Flanders Institute for Biotechnology, Ghent, Belgium).

Where and when

The workshop will be held March 15-17, 2017, in Elche (Spain). All the sessions will take place at the Centre de Congressos, which is conveniently located at the city center. Elche is home to the UNESCO World Heritage site of The Palmeral, a palm tree grove that dates back to the Middle Ages.

Registration

The registration deadline is February 28, 2017. Please register using the on-line registration form. The registration fee (250 euros) will include use of the conference facilities, workshop materials, refreshments served at the coffee breaks, and three informal lunches served at the Congress Centre.
Instructions for payment and abstract submission will be sent to all registered participants after the completion of the registration form.
